Jason Russell, 26, from Buckhurst Hill, has snapped up the number plate WE11 JEL – a phrase meaning ‘really jealous’ “I've always had a great passion for number plates, right from a young age, as my Father Keith Andrew Russell was always very interested in them, purchasing his first number plate KAR 7 at the age of 18, which he still owns 39 years later. The businessman, who runs a mobile telecoms company from Marbella and several other businesses from his home in Queen’s Road managed to bag the plates when they were released by the DVLA earlier in the year, beating competition from bigger traders - He now has just under 100 number plates for sale.
